The Strata Division of Pemberton Holmes is a full-service agency licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of B.C. to manage and trade real estate in the province of British Columbia since 1887.

Our Strata Agents have a combined experience of over 25 years, specifically in the Strata Management field, and are a proven professional, efficient, and client-focused property management team on Vancouver Island.

We service the Greater Victoria to include Sidney, Saanich, Victoria, View Royal, Colwood, Langford, Sooke, and have recently expanded service to include Shawnigan, Duncan, and Cowichan Bay.

Properties under our management portfolio include Condominiums, Townhomes, Bare Land Strata’s, and Multi-Type Section Stratas, being of existing established properties and brand new construction.
